What We Offer

Yin Healing Paths offers mindfulness-based movement and meditation and sound therapy sessions to help people better manage stress, anxiety, trauma, and chronic pain. Our sessions are primarily rooted in yoga, Qi Gong, and Tai Chi – ancient Eastern practices which are backed by modern-day scientific research. These practices are not designed as a replacement for professional medical care. Rather, these techniques are used to supplement modern medicine by guiding patients on how to better help themselves. Many hospitals and clinics continue to conduct more research and provide resources in these areas as part of an approach to integrative or holistic medicine.

Yin Healing Paths works to help people fluidly transitioning in and out of professional healthcare. From the perspective of preventative medicine, our programs guide people in practicing mind and body awareness so they can better understand the physical and emotional feelings they are experiencing. By developing this awareness, people can learn to make subtle changes in their lives to hopefully avoid serious injury or illness. People who do suffer from serious illness need safe opportunities to recover. Similar to physical therapy, mindfulness-based movement and meditation aims to help a person recover and restore their energy and spirit at a holistic mind-body level.

Teachers at Yin Healing Paths are not considered experts or masters, but serve as guides; each person still walks their own path towards self-awareness and healing.
